網(wǎng)絡(luò)法在當(dāng)今各國并沒有統(tǒng)一的面貌。我國的網(wǎng)絡(luò)法制處于積極建設(shè)階段，其主干內(nèi)容為 電子簽名法、電子商務(wù)法、電子政務(wù)法、網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全法、個(gè)人信息保護(hù)法以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)犯罪的刑法制度、管轄制度、證據(jù)制度、法律適用制度等。本書逐一闡述了上述各部分的基本概念、規(guī)則和理論，并適時(shí)地提出了未來的完善建議。
現(xiàn)如今，網(wǎng)絡(luò)法學(xué)也已成為一個(gè)重要的新興法律部門。各種各樣的法律問題在網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間聚 集，形形色色的網(wǎng)絡(luò)法規(guī)在摸索中倉促試水，司法實(shí)踐中遇到的網(wǎng)絡(luò)糾紛與法律挑戰(zhàn)此起彼伏。這些都給網(wǎng)絡(luò)法學(xué)研究打上了時(shí)代的烙印。

作者簡介:劉品新，壯族，湖北洪湖人，中央民族大學(xué)法學(xué)學(xué)士（1995年）、中國人民大學(xué)偵查學(xué)碩士（1998年）、證據(jù)法學(xué)博士（2003年）、美國伊利諾伊大學(xué)訪問學(xué)者（2007年），現(xiàn)任中國人民大學(xué)法學(xué)院教授、刑事法律科學(xué)研究中心研究員、網(wǎng)絡(luò)犯罪與安全研究中心執(zhí)行主任、證據(jù)學(xué)研究所副所長、刑事錯(cuò)案研究中心副主任，兼任中國電子學(xué)會(huì)計(jì)算機(jī)取證專家委員會(huì)委員、中國檢察學(xué)會(huì)職務(wù)犯罪偵查與預(yù)防專委會(huì)理事、中國人民公安大學(xué)現(xiàn)代偵查技戰(zhàn)法研究中心客座研究員、國家檢察官學(xué)院職務(wù)犯罪研究所兼職研究員、重慶市人民檢察院第二分院偵查信息化專家顧問等。
長期從事證據(jù)法學(xué)、偵查學(xué)、物證技術(shù)學(xué)等部門法學(xué)的教學(xué)工作，但從不抱守狹隘的“飯
